Ultimate Pianist · effective August 18, 2026

Ultimate Pianist ("the game", "we") is a piano learning game available at app.ultimatepianist.com and as an iOS/iPadOS app. This policy describes what data the game handles and why. It applies to both the website and the app, which run the same software.

What we collect

What we don't do

Service providers

The game runs on infrastructure operated by these processors, who handle data only on our behalf: Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery, if you receive account emails). Emails from us include an unsubscribe link.

Retention and deletion

Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the game using Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account, sign-in, scores, replays and progress from our servers. Anonymous usage statistics that no longer identify you may be retained. You can also email us (below) and we will delete your data for you.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages, but accounts are intended to be created by adults or with a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its effective date.
